Day of Appointment
Please allow an extra 5-10 minutes to find your new surroundings and grab a parking spot. Your stylist will greet you at the door at your scheduled time. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your appointment, and rescheduling might be necessary.
Payment
Since all scheduled appointments are reserved just for you, we ask that you guarantee your stylist’s time and your booking with a credit card.
Cancellations
You will incur no charge if cancellations are made within 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service price. No shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
