What is Emotional Body vs. Physical Body?

Most of us think our body stops at our skin, but our emotional body extends through the seven layers of our aura. Our emotional body is like our second skin and we need to start treating it that way.

We talk so much about our physical body, but we don’t talk enough about our emotional body.

If you hold your arms out at length and turn around, that diameter approximates the reach of your aura.  So much gets stored and stuck in our emotional body if we aren’t aware and don’t clear and move the energy.

Anxiety, chronic illness, trauma and emotional patterning all start in the energy field before reaching and manifesting in the physical body. My work is grounded in a system that works in the chakras and aura of the astral (emotional) Bodies.

Meet  Lindsay

I spent a lot of years struggling with insecurities, taking on the energy of the environment around me and having really poor boundaries that led me to burnout over and over again.

I knew something needed to change but the thought of making that first step terrified me. It terrified me because I had worked so hard to stuff down the things I knew were limiting me – masking them with unhealthy vises: overeating, alcohol, excuses and avoidance.

I had to truly get tired of my own self in order to finally take that first step. When I first started my Journey down the healing path – In the first 6 months of my year-long mentorship – I found myself in so much resistance to the work.

In part, I was resistant because that meant I had to look deeply at all the areas I had stuffed my fears and hurts and figure out why I had such poor boundaries that were contributing to so much anxiety and overwhelm.

It’s uncomfortable to look at yourself and really want to see change. But after I pushed through that 6 months, the 6 months that followed brought me to the moment I realized it was all worth it. Colors started to look brighter, my reset time was cut in half, I felt more grounded, more gentle and compassionate with myself and others and finally was making myself a priority for the first time. This was only the beginning of what shaped a 5-year deep dive that completely transformed my life.
